The project with the total area of 17 994,3m2 is located in the silent centre of Riga, which historically is popular among the Riga residents.
The house’s design has been created by the architect Zane Kalinka, a generally recognised adept in her field. Zane Kalinka in Latvia previously was awarded the USSR Order of Labour Red Banner. The construction of the first house with terraces on Tomsona Street started a completely new culture of residential premises in the real estate market, which was properly appreciated by the Latvian Association of Builders and our clients.
The project embodies the apparently impossible combination – residing in a unique house in the very centre of the city, all necessary services and comfort and simultaneously a certain detachment from the bustle typical for a megalopolis. Wide terraces and comfortable balconies open up the vista to the urban landscape, enabling the residents of upper stories to observe it almost from the bird flight’s height.
The house is a paragon of comfort and convenience!
